They got me in for a visit right away. Everyone was extremely friendly & accommodating from the front desk to the doctor. I was not kept waiting to be seen. The doctor was very knowledgeable & let me know if I had any problems with my new prescription, to come back and he would reassess. Great place!

Went in not knowing what to expect, seeing it was my first visit. I told them i was early, but my appointment wasn't until 11:00, she checked it out and said my appointment wasn't until the 27th. I was like, are you serious, chuckled, and the receptionist told me that she'll see what she can do. She talked to to Dr. and asked if i could come back at 2:00, seeing that i came from Gorham to Lancaster Office. I was very happy.
