Family Focused Eye Care

I moved from out of town and needed to establish an eye doctor and came here. This place is so great!! All the staff and doctors are so nice! I have horrible eyes for my age and they take great care of me. 10/10!!

Just had an eye exam at FFE. I can't imagine a better experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I saw Dr. Anderson and Maddie helped with the selection of eyewear/sunglasses - both were professional, helpful and patient. I didn't get the techs name but she was great too. I can't imagine anyone giving this company less than 5 stars but you can't please everyone all the time. If you live in Herriman and need abd eye exam, give them a try.

For many years myself and family have used Family Focused Eye Care. From reception all the way through picking up glasses or contacts they have been phenomenal. Everytime I've come in I've been treated like family and they are just great people. Even the back office staff is great and have really helped out everytime. I even requested prescription lenses for my military issue inserts and they did not even blink. It was done. Even though I had heard it was difficult to get those done. They have my business.

I'm so appreciative of Dr. Shosted and the care I received! I woke up with a swollen eye, and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Shosted took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ask how I was feeling about each step, and carefully check my eye. Since then, he's called me every couple of days even on the weekend when the office is closed to see how I'm doing. The level of care has been outstanding! I'll be recommending this place to everyone for their eye care needs.

Been going here for a few years. Always had surprise charges or hard sells for informational services they couldn't act on. After multiple times of dealing with rude staff the second I questioned the expenses I had enough. I will not be coming back.

So glad I found Dr Hulet's office several years ago. I have terrible vision and it's always nice to go to an office that makes you feel like they're doing 110% to help you and make your life a little easier. I bring all four of my kids here also, and I recommend Dr. Hulet as often as possible.

I've had the best experience with Dr. Hulet and the staff here! For the first time in my history of seeing eye doctors, I actually had a doctor explain exactly, scientifically why my vision was the way it was. Dr. Hulet is kind, thoughtful, and informative, and I appreciate the time he'll take to hear and respond to my questions. He has also been supportive and helpful in my decision to get LASIK surgery, as well as the post-op care. Love that I was able to get that post-op care here rather than having to drive all the way to Draper multiple more times. Grateful we live so close, and I'm happy to say we've found our eye care providers for hopefully a long time!

I went onto the Family Focused website to set up an appointment. I left my contact information because the website says that someone would contact me shortly for an appointment. 5 days later I get a call back to set an appointment with no apology for taking so long. In the mean time I was able to get a same day appointment with another provider. I would say customer service needs improvement.
