My first time going there on Tuesday. Had an eye exam. Didn't buy anything at all, JUST had the exam to see where my prescription is at. I told them I didnt have my insurance card on me, but I could give them the id#. I also told them why I didn't have it and that id be getting a new one in a few days. They said no, they had to have the actual card. The next day they called me, then Thursday they call me at 8:30 in the morning to demand payment. I tell them I will be coming in that afternoon at 3:45 to see my dad, and I will drop off payment then. They acknowledged what I said.... not even a few hours later they call me AGAIN demanding payment. I tell them that I already told them earlier that day that I will be in at 3:45 to give them money. I have NEVER had a medical profession harrass me so blatantly for money. I've also never had any doctors office be so unprofessional about insurance cards and $129... EVER. All within 2 days!! Stay far away from this optometrist office.

From last year our bill more than doubled...this is without insurance changing at all. Also a year worth of contacts went up $300. Their reasoning is they were bought by a new company. Do your research and maybe try somewhere else. Our family has been with them from the first and we will not go back. The front desk has always been very knowledgable. This time around was a completely different experience.

Not sure why your website lists emergency eye exams as part of your services when you clearly have no intention of ever fitting anyone in on an emergency call. I had to find another eye doctor on the fly and had to have a medical issue with my eye treated antibiotics and steroids. Unfortunately your business seems to care more about how many appointments they can squeeze into an 8 hour day instead of health and well being of patients. I had been coming to Vision Source for years, but will take business elsewhere in the future.

Dr. Whipple is a fantastic eye doctor. My daughter has struggled for years with her vision and has not been able to see well enough to drive for the past 4 years. Dr. Whipple was able to fit her better than any other eye doctor we have seen and now has 20/25 vision! She will be able to drive now and this is a major life changing difference for her. Thank you for taking the time and the extra effort Dr. Whipple! I also would like to tell the staff at the office they are awesome. So nice and helpful!

I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and I would be late and if that would be ok or not.. they said as long as I was there by 3:45. I got there walked in at 3:43 and they refused to see my son. The girls were claiming it was so they had time for other clients.. the scheduler said "that's funny cause there's only 1 appt in 45 minutes for the rest of the day!" All three girls were on their phone or were just talking to each other when I walked in. Just sitting at their station......with no customers around for miles. They're just going downhill and every time I have a negative experience it's with those girls. I'll go somewhere else. This sealed it. Thanks for helping to give me that nudge I needed!

Super nice and clean space. I really loved that they didn't use drops to dilate my eyes. They have some advanced technology. I was seen by Dr. Choi and she was amazing. She was very kind and you could just tell she really cares about her patients as I feel she went above and beyond for me.

It was my first time there and I had a very thorough eye exam. The lady who helped me pick out frames helped so much. She was taking pictures of me with different frames so I could look and send to friends and family to see which one they liked the best. This took a long time. Everyone was so friendly. I did buy frames and going to make my yearly appointment with them again.
