Perry & Morgan EyeCare

I came here for a routine visit for glasses/ contacts. They recommended a dry eye exam with their expert and at the conclusion of that, the doctor and staff were encouraging me to get a laser treatment for a condition I was unaware I had. The brochure they provided me stated the laser was "cosmetic" and would not be covered by insurance and they had preemptively calculated installments I could pay. I declined to return as it sounded shady and unnecessary to me.

Dr Reed actually explains what the problem is and also what the treatment is and why. I am solidly in favor of making my own health decisions and when the doctor gives me the facts and discusses treatment with me, it is possible. Dr Reed is great at that.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Reed today. My babysitter cancelled on me last minute so I had to take my 6 month old baby with me. He was so patient and did great with distracting her so we could finish my exam! He listened to my concerns and was very thorough at explaining things. Will definitely be a repeat customer :)

The best eye care is right in Morgan! Dr Reed was patient with me, answered all my questions (as I had lots). Turns out I am transitioning from single prescription to bifocals. Dr Reed walked me through all that. I wanted contacts also (which I have had problems with in the past). Dr Reed sent me home with samples, listened to my observations when I came back and hooked me up with a more comfortable pair until I had what was right for me (took me three tries, I have gotten picky). I've never felt like I could return so many times and discuss my discomforts so freely with a doctor. I'm very impressed. The receptionist is very helpful and attentive. She handled my insurance painlessly. They are quick to get you in and the wait for your appointment is hardly any. They also have a good selection of glasses to choose from. I am so glad I decided to go local. Although these guys would be worth a drive.

I'm seeing Dr. Reed for dry eye treatment. He has the state of the art Lumenis Optilight machine and has received training by a renowned dry eye specialist Laura Periman, MD. Dr. Reed carefully explained each step of his screening for dry eye and his treatment plan for me. He is kind, patient and an expert in the field. If you suffer from dry eye, Dr. Reed is the eyecare specialist to see!

Very happy with my experience at Morgan Eyecare. The staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Reed. He is also very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and help me find the right contacts. He was patient even though I had to try 3 different types of contacts before I found some that I liked. I appreciate him taking the time to let me go through that process.

Excellent experience here! My last doctor was too big, with appointments a month out, and I need contacts soon, so I found Morgan EyeCare and they were able to see me in just 2 days. Dr. Perry is personable and genuinely wants what's best for my eyes. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!
