Roosevelt Vision Clinic

Went in for debris in my eye last Monday. Started Friday called but no appointments that day so had to wait until Monday. Jason removed a lot he said. However before I even got out of the parking lot I called while still in the parking lot as I had already paid 100.00 and started seeing fuzzy and hurt badly but I was told to give it until Wednesday. Was told it would be a follow-up. When done they wanted another 79.0. It got worse. Went in Thursday a lot more hair was removed as well as another 79.00. Bill! It could have been done the day I went in the first time! I should have never left just walked back in. Here it is a week and a day later and still having issues. Very painful issues. Everything still fuzzy and still am pulling hair out. I can NOT afford another visit and was informed they dont do follow-ups. I still cant see well out the eye but have no more money to not get it all out. The glasses I got from them were taken back many times and were bowed out. Instead of fixing them correctly they came back with some white round things since my NEW glasses were damaged and not by me. They came back bent and when I asked if they were going to replace the frames and they said yes. They absolutely did not. I have paid cash everytime. I However doubt I will be back. I feel like I am losing my eye sight and the pain is excruciating. I wont be going back to pay more money and not be fixed me or the glasses. This is what is still coming out of my eye.

I've been going to Roosevelt Vision Clinic since I was a child.... I have been seeing Dr. Jason for most of my adult life, and I saw his father prior to that. Dr. Jason K is extremely personable and maintains professionalism while still being warm and kind. A lot of people don't realize that Roosevelt Vision Clinic also has one of their eye Doctor's on call for emergencies and if you ever have to use them, it is cost friendly and the Docs are so kind, no matter what time of night it is. All of the staff are quick and efficient, kind, and always remember me and my family and what we have going on.. 10 out of 10 recommends!!

Dr. Wilson is amazing! He was so awesome with my 4 year old. She loved her appointment and wants to come back to the eye doctor. And he's been my doctor for a long time and he's always been great.

If February my wife went in for new glasses, we paid the bill when we picked her new glasses. Now in September we received a collection notice on 17.59 plus 2.60 in interest and another 11.73 for the percentage their collection agency charges. Roosevelt Vision could not tell us what the charges were for, apparently once the bill is sent for collection they have no clue. WE NEVER RECIEVED A BILL, I offered to pay the 17.59 and the collection agency declined and said they wanted the full amount. Not sure where this one will land but I can assure Roosevelt Vision Clinic they will never the Willis family again.

Exceptional Customer Service. I love coming in and getting my prescription glasses here! Always fun.

Roosevelt Vision has taken great care of me and my family for over 10 years. The staff is friendly, the doctors are thorough, and we always feel well cared for. Highly recommend!
