I've used Dr Clark and his staff for eye care for years and have always had a great experience. Whether it was for myself or my family, an eye exam, a urgent eye care question, or something as simple and free as repairing my glasses when the lenses popped out, I've always had a great experience. They treat you like friends they care about. You probably can't find a better place for eye care in Utah county!

I had the best experience with Dr. Clark and his team!! I would highly recommend this office! They are so thorough and have really great new technology to make sure you get the right prescription. Dr. Clark is fantastic and it's worth going to a local office versus a Costco or target or something like that, my experience was a thousand times better with Dr. Clark and his assistant Lexie.

Super friendly staff! Easy to book an appointment. Dr Clark was awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter was nervous coming in to get her first eye exam and he made her feel completely at ease. He did a thorough exam and we felt confident in his assessment. I would highly recommend him.

Salem Hills Family Eyecare -Didn't know how to address us when we had a problem -Condescending & repetitive -Didn't know how to fix blurry glasses -Couldn't answer any of the billing questions -Dr Clark never addressed us personally. -Didn't stand by their work -We were given two options: Replace our prescription lenses that we paid $621.85 for two pairs of reading lenses or donate our new glasses to their donation box & use Costco readers. The front desk staff was friendly & welcoming. Dr Clark spent a few minutes, finding overall good vision, but we needed some help with reading up close. Dianna sold us a pair of glasses. Costly upgrades were recommended to improve our sight Two pairs of glasses came to $621.85. We were told to be patient & wear them for 4-6 days as there is an acclimation period. The glasses made my vision worse. The peripheral vision was completely blurry. I had a small area the size of a pencil eraser in the middle of the glasses that was clear. To see, I had to turn my head until it fit into that small space. When reading, I had to turn my head side to side to follow the sentence. If I looked at the middle of the sentence, both ends were blurry. Couldn't see but wore them for several days. Driving was dangerous, so I stopped wearing them while driving. I wore mine for 2-3 days & my wife wore hers for 2-3 weeks, but our vision didn't acclimate. I called the office, & reached Dianna. She was puzzled & asked me to come in. Dianna spoke to me like a child. She repeated herself over & over. It was condescending. She had me put my new glasses on. Things were blurry, as described. I then put on my $12 Costco readers, & everything was clear. She was confused & took my glasses for testing, resulting in the same blurry vision. She handed me test lenses which were clear. She was confused & remarked that my glasses & the test lenses were the same. They were not. My wife was having a similar problem & couldn't see out of her glasses either. Dianna remarked that they had come from the same batch from the manufacturer, maybe it was a bad batch. She asked to keep them for a few days. Two weeks later, she called & said there wasn't anything wrong with my glasses. She told me my eyes weren't adjusting to them, which seemed weird since my readers & their test lenses were clear. I was given the options of keeping the glasses & get used to them or exchange the lenses for reader lenses. Changing lenses for expensive readers was unacceptable. My $12 pair is adequate. We asked for a refund. She quickly said they don't do refunds. I persisted & she said she would have to talk to Dr Clark & would call back. She called back & asked to do more testing. 1 month later (4 months total), my wife went down to their office for a resolution. Dianna spoke down to my wife, describing how glasses work, & repeated the information multiple times as if she was trying to convince my wife that the glasses WILL work. My wife finally had to forcefully explain that THE GLASSES DON'T WORK, & insisted on a refund. Dianna went back & talked to Dr Clark, he didn't ever come out to address the problem. I am very disappointed that he had his staff take care of our problems. This is his clinic. He is ultimately responsible for everything that happens there. All of these things are likely billed under his name, but he conveniently stayed in the back because he was "busy with patients". My wife was given two options 1-Keep the frames & "upgrade" the lenses to readers..... Are you kidding me? $621.85 for two readers!!! 2-Donate our glasses to their donation box & use our Costco reading glasses Unfortunately, we went the quick route & used Salem Hills Family Eyecare because they could get us in fast. In hindsight, we should have listened to the people we asked for referrals, waited for 6 months, & gone to the clinic we were recommended to. Despite the friendly front desk, I cannot recommend this office to anyone. They do not stand by their work

Fantastic experience overall! I didn't think I needed glasses but thanks to my wife's encouragement I went to see Dr Clark. Great staff, clean office, and Dr Clark was excellent to work with. He and his team helped me get into a sweet pair of light prescription lenses that have made my work experience in front of screens so much better. I couldn't be happier with my glasses and Dr Clarks services!
