My wife recently underwent cataract surgery at True Vision, and it has been an exceptional experience interacting with all the employees and medical personnel we have encountered over the past two months. Dr. Swift, my primary eye doctor and the surgeon who performed my wife's surgeries, is an exceptional professional. His bedside manner is unparalleled, and he exudes a genuine sense of care and compassion. Every nurse and administrative staff member at True Vision appears to be content and dedicated to their work. My wife's surgeries were executed flawlessly, and we are confident that we will never seek vision care from any other company. A special commendation goes to Jamie, the scheduling coordinator, who meticulously coordinated multiple surgeries and follow-up appointments, ensuring a seamless and organized process. True Vision is a remarkable facility with exceptional people. We are profoundly satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking medical attention.

Had a wonderful experience- I would recommend!! The desk staff were all so sweet and explained everything very nicely. They did a full eye exam and explained it all and checked up on me during my appointment. The nurse was very funny and helped me stay comfortable through my first appointment. The doctor was nice, fast, and reassuring. The staff all tried to ensure I was set and apologized for the smallest changes. They certainly took away my nerves. Plus, I was able to relax in the waiting room until the next bus.

I have always been treated with kindness and a friendly smile. From the receptionist to the assistants and doctors. Dr. Church is my main doctor and he is great. I have also been seen by Dr. King in an emergency situation and he was also great. The contact department ladies are the best! What more can I say? The Ogden office is just a wonderful place.

It was so different today than in the past. The nurse Debbie (I believe her name was) was friendly and happy; and when Dr Church came in, he was upbeat as well. I was very comfortable asking questions and talking with both of them. In the past, I had been there for a couple of visits. Dr Church had been very attentive and so serious, but very thorough.. Each time though, his nurses always seemed angry.. But, today was awesome and my eyes are good. Very good appointment. Good for another year.

I am totally happy with true vision and the doctors who are trying to help me. Dr. King was kind enough to see me on a moments notice and was very detailed and methodical. He called me and left a message about some of his concerns and then took my call. I was referred to Dr. Lever and his personality was great! I felt of his , it is nice they collaborate together for the best patient care. I would recommend True Vision. I personally liked their other building a lot better, more inviting.

Pleasant and efficient desk staff. Dr. Staff considerate and professional manner. Explained each test she was performing and what I needed to have it done correctly. Listened to my concerns and answered my question. Dr. Rupp took the time needed to diagnose my issues. I felt confident that he knows what he is doing. He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

This was my first visit. I arrive early incase I needed to fill out paperwork. I was called back and spent quite sometime with the tech. Who was super thorough. I even thought he was the Dr. Once we were through with the visit he said the Dr would be in in a few minutes. Maybe 15 minutes passed. He came in did a few things and said I was good to go. The tech instructed me to sit on the other side of the office and I would be called back. At this time it was around 2:45. My appointment was at 1:20. I waited almost 20 minutes to be called back to go over my contacts. If it wasn't for the front desk worker Diane who knows how much longer I'd have sat there. I was a little short with the lady that I had waited so long. I did apologize later for my short attitude. I finally finished up paying everything and finally left around 3:30. When asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment I said I would need time to think about it. I'm not sure if I'll be back. Is an appointment for an eye exam normally 2+ hours? Jennifer Jenson

Long wait to see a doctor, waiting rooms in both Roy and Ogden locations were very full both morning and afternoon. But I only took off one star for that, because the care is good. Reception staff is friendly, and we visited Dr. Church because he accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, and VERY few providers do. This place is more than just optometrist and opticians, although Dr. Church is an optometrist. I believe that's why it's so busy. They also do eye surgeries here. Most clients were elderly when we were there, although a family with teens were there before we left. We liked Dr. Church. He diagnosed me as having small cataracts starting in both eyes, but not enough to require surgery at this time. I also have early dry eye symptoms from spending lots of time at my computer, and he showed me what OTC eye drops would help, as well as advising me to look at something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes while I'm on the computer or reading for long periods. If you're a patient person and can afford the time to wait once you've arrived, it's good. My teenage daughter and I both found frames we liked.
