Absolutely blown away by Vineyard Eye Care in Vineyard, Utah. After years of bouncing around from one eye doctor to another, trying to get answers for my ongoing vision problems, I finally found a place that truly knows what they're doing. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and actually listened to what I was saying. They made me feel like a person, not just another appointment. What really stood out was how helpful they were in working with our budget. They didn't try to upsell or push anything unnecessary. Instead, they walked us through all the options and helped us find the best possible care without breaking the bank. I truly felt like they cared about getting me what I needed--not just making a sale. I do wish they had a little bit wider selection of frames, but even with that, they still managed to help me get the exact pair I was hoping for. They really went above and beyond to make it happen. At this point, I won't be going anywhere else for eye care. This place is the real deal--professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping people see better. Best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor, hands down.

He takes the time to carefully review my results, clearly explain what's happening with my eyes, and thoroughly discuss every option available. His professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. Kristen is equally exceptional--warm, personable, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The entire office operates with honesty and integrity, with absolutely no pressure or upselling. The environment is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely patient-focused. I'm bringing my 10-year-old son this week, and I will continue recommending Vineyard Eye Care to friends and family. I'm so lucky to have found this place! I will continue coming here for years to come. Vineyard Eye Care truly delivers a top-tier experience at an accessible price, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I've received.

I already know that this place was going to take good care of us, simply because it's Dr. Hawks! We've had his care before and it was a slam dunk to go to this beautiful new location. Conveniently located in Vineyard, same plaza where all the good eateries and next to Top Golf . The office is spacious, beautifully aesthetic, and immaculately clean. His staff is courteous, friendly, and welcoming. They also offer other payment options that tells you they have every patient's best interest at heart . In addition, Dr. Hawks also specializes in hard scleral lenses, which is what we currently use. If you want an optometrist that checks all the boxes (courteous, knowledgeable, hands on, proactive, always has your best interest, etc) - I promise you he's the one

I saw Dr Hawks today for my first time and had a great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff was friendly. Dr Hawks was great to work with and helped me get in the right prescription. The visit was quick and easy, I'm glad they're in my area!

Dr. Hawks ensures everyone completes their essential routine exams. I felt completely cared for, just like my daughter, who loved the unique, precision-focused glasses sourced for their superior quality. The front desk staff was also excellent and very helpful!

I'm happy I chose Dr Hawks for my daughter. Not only are the prices the best I could find, but Dr Hawks offers the latest and greatest treatment options that are not available other places I looked

We had a wonderful experience here! Dr Hawks was very knowledgeable and has a lot of the newest equipment. I was super happy to not have air puffed into my eyes! My daughter also had an eye exam and he was so good with her and was so good at explaining what he was doing. Kristin his office manager was also great to work with. My daughter left and said "I love going to the eye doctor now!" We will be back!

Dr Hawks is great and explains everything really well! The girls who work they are great and super patient! They helped teach me to put in contacts and remove them.
