This is a truthful addition to my previous evaluation. I would now give them MINUS 4 stars if I could! Just was told that I had to register with the Pentagon Visitors Center. 1) They gave me a non valid phone number 2) Looked up the Visitors Center and this website clearly stated the Concourse business had to register me and had to physically escort me from the subway turnstile to their business I called Pentagon Security. The MP on the phone could not understand why the optometrist would not come and get me? God, I hate incompetence and worse Had a similar experience with another civilian optometrist in Alexandria. Does harassment and worse turn you on? Is there any honest optometrist out there? Just asking.
