I saw Dr. Soma Bose over the summer, and I've been remiss in getting my review up here! I came in for an issue I was concerned about, and Dr. Soma gave me a referral to a retinal specialist for further evaluation. She answered all of my questions and really helped put my mind at ease. I felt so much better after seeing her, and it was great getting a same-day appointment. Dima and Anna were also very kind and helpful at the front desk! I will continue coming to this location for my regular eye exams.

I recently had progressive lenses fitted to my existing frames, and I picked them up today. When I first put them on, I was amazed by how clear my vision was; I didn't realize I could see so well! My previous lenses from Lenscraft, as well as all the ones I had before, seemed decent at the time, but now I understand they weren't good enough. I will never choose another eyeglasses shop again. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I definitely would! Additionally, all the staff there were calm and extremely helpful.

This time I was late for my appointment however they have accommodated and provided services reducing their lunch break time. Really appreciated their gesture. This helped me not to have to reschedule and take additional permission from office for rescheduled appointment.

For anyone reading this please please please do not go here. You will not have a good experience. No one at this location is competent. I have never given a negative review in my entire life on Google reviews, but this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was told multiple different things pertaining to exams, costs, discounts, etc from each employee even the doctor kept changing her story and had no clue.... Please avoid at all costs. To top it off, I'm stuck with contacts that do not fit and extremely irritated my eyes to such an extent I can't even use them. Almost $700 I will never get back.
