Dr. Hong was very thorough and helped explain some of the changes in my eye shape since my last exam. I learned from him, and although sometimes I struggled to keep up with how quickly he shared information, he would patiently re-state his findings.

I don't recommend this place. They don't have good service. They make you travel a long distance for your appointment and then don't see you. They canceled my appointment. I called before coming and informed them that I would be arriving late due to traffic, and they still canceled my appointment, causing me to lose my benefits.

I will never go anywhere else for my eye exams. I've been coming here for like 10 years. I pay out of pocket, because I have switched insurance providers since I started coming here initially. I love Dr. Hong, so I really don't mind. He is worth it. He always gives a very thorough exam. I love his personality, and he is very educated and informative. The current receptionist is also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hong is a very personable and informative doctor. My exams are always pleasant and fun. He informs me of what he is looking at on the eye test results. I love the machinery he has which allows my eyes not to get chemical dilated, but we still get the same results from the computer. Plus I get to see what he sees. It's obvious he has a passion for his field of study and such a fun but professional doctor.
