Our entire family of four had eye exams on the same day, and the experience was wonderful! Dr. Passarelli and her staff are truly outstanding. Ana at the reception was welcoming and helpful, Stephanie was great during the exams, John assisted us with selecting our glasses, and Becca was also fantastic.

As a new patient, I found Dr. Sparrenberger to be professional, highly competent, and refreshingly personable, with a wonderful sense of humor. The front desk staff, Becca and Shannon, were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. Stephanie conducted my eye exam smoothly and thoroughly. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and while the space is compact, it offers a great selection of glasses and a comfortable waiting area. Street parking was easy, with metered parking available for just $0.25 per hour. From arrival to checkout, the entire experience ran like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend NVDO to anyone seeking excellent eye care.

100/10 recommend! This office is absolutely amazing and has been for YEARS! My husband and I started using this practice is 2021 when we moved to Berryville. Robert Sparrenberger, O.D. Is the best EVER honestly. Personable, honest, caring and truly wants the best for his patients. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, he's your guy! Also I should add Jon/John (Not sure of the spelling) was super awesome at helping even thought I'm SUPER picky! So sweet and thoughtful!

I had a fantastic experience at Northern Virginia Doctors of Optometry, Berryville office, with Dr. Robert Sparrenberger. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to make sure every part of the exam is done right. His sense of humor makes the entire visit enjoyable and puts you completely at ease.
Dr. Sparrenberger recommended a new brand of multifocal contact lenses for me, and I am absolutely in love with them. What I appreciated most is that he matched the same brand and type of contacts I already use for my regular lenses, which made the transition seamless and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Highly recommend Dr. Sparrenberger and the Berryville team for anyone looking for excellent eye care with a personal touch!

I've had two appointments at NVDO. The first one was fine, they did snap my frames when putting the lenses in BUT worked quickly to not only comp me a new pair and also gave me a temporary solution. However, this time has been fairly different. Ive had to wait three weeks for my glasses to come in, despite being told they were on rush order due to my current ones being broken. I understand it is the holidays and shipping has been delayed. Then I try calling on the next Monday after being told that and I get the busy signal all day. I call back the next day and am informed my glasses are ready for pickup. The communication has just been really lackluster and I feel liked I've had to hound the office about getting answers on where my glasses are. Staff is very friendly and nice, however.
