InSight Eye Optique

I recently had an amazing experience at InSight Eye Optique, Brambleton for my eye exam. Dr. Meera Sutaria was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly. The front office staff were super friendly and efficient. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to share my awesome experience with Insight! I've been a patient there for eight years now, and honestly, I can't say enough good things. The whole team--doctors and staff--are incredibly friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time, which is a huge plus. Dr. Patricia Woo is fantastic! She's super patient, explains everything clearly, and never pressures you into buying glasses thru them. She always makes sure I understand my options and what my insurance covers. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and well-being. We've always gotten our glasses from them, and our usual optician tech, Maury, has been amazing for the past eight years. We were a little nervous about seeing someone new this time (Maury wasn't available), but Ines was just as great! She was fantastic, just like Maury always is. Ines was so patient and helped my daughter's glasses and my glasses expedite an order quickly. Thanks, Insight! You guys are the best!

Dr. Meera is a wonderful caring doctor. She's very attentive to all of her patience. The office staff is very nice and hard working. I had the privilege of having Ines help me with adjustments to my glasses and issues with the insurance. She solved the issues quickly and thoroughly.

Top-notch service. Greeted by a pleasant technician, Elena, who did the preliminary examination. She explained what it would cost for the visit, and verified all my information. Dr Patricia Woo's examination was very thorough. After checking my vision and made the required changes to my prescription, she then checked the health of my eyes. She also answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their professionalism and recommend Insight Eye Optique wholeheartedly.

Dr. Woo is wonderful! I have been taking my 8 year old daughter to see her for the past three years. She is extremely thorough, takes time to answer all of my daughter's questions and most important.. she is caring. I have seen her at both office locations and staff at both locations have been timely and courteous.
