Had a great experience here for my annual check up and purchasing new glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lissa helped me select a new pair of glasses that fit well for my work.

I had an outstanding visit at this location. Jeremy and Lisa were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with patience and care. I was able to purchase contact lenses for myself and my daughter without any pressure, which was a refreshing change from other stores I've visited. Their customer service is truly excellent. I also appreciated meeting the new doctor for the first time--very professional and kind. I will definitely be returning here for all of my family's future vision appointments!

I had an issue with my frames and attempted to discuss this with one of the doctor there. The issue was fixed and I commend the place for that. However, the doctor was incredibly rude to me and subtly blamed me for the issue. In addition, I contacted the EyeDoctor to make sure my frames were being processed correctly and they attempted to add a warranty charge to my frames. Pretty disappointing all together. Rude doctor and bad frames.

My son's eye glasses was ordered on October 2 after eye exam and it wasn't ready until November 6. Can't beleive it took more than a month. We were never notify that it would take more time or would take this long, except I called them a week ago to check the status of the order, almost about a month after the ordered was placed and didn't hear back from them. Worse thing is we went to pick up glasses on November 7 after confirming that it was ready for pick up but still couldn't able to get the glasses. The represetatives told us she did not have access to the drawer where the glasses is kept. It's too much ignorance and negligence. Worst experience ever.

11/10. Great customer service, Lissa and Kim were extremely helpful and personable when getting my new glasses and getting the appointment set up. The appointment with Dr. Bishop was great as well. All of them are superb. Great selection of glasses. Will return again.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at this location. From the moment we walked in until well past closing time, we received outstanding service. Cassie and Lissa were warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The eye doctor was also very friendly and accommodating, even fitting in my husband's exam on the spot. We truly appreciated the positive experience and will make this our go-to location. I'll be enthusiastically recommending it to others.
