Doctor was great! The person checking me in was great. The time I had to wait takes that score down considerably. A wait time of 40 minutes is not acceptable. I was on time, even early and not counting the early arrival time. Oh, also their air freshener throughout was overwhelming and actually got in my hair and my clothes.

Very nice facility. The front office staff was AMAZING, the Dr took time to answer questions and did a super job with my granddaughter The lady that was helping with the glasses however was not up to par. She didn't really want to help us but we can't let one bad apple ruin the whole batch .

We waited in the waiting room for an hour before a nurse finally brought us back. She was rather rude and didn't apologize for the long wait. After that, we waited even longer for the doctor, who also never apologized. In total, we were there for two hours, and not once did anyone acknowledge the delay. The only explanation given was that Wednesdays are their busy days--but that's not my problem if they choose to overbook appointments. We will most likely not be going back.

Appointment rescheduled by office twice. Front desk staff and eyeglass staff friendly. Long wait on appointment day. Assistant doing initial screening was professional but not at all friendly. Doctor was thorough. Overall impression is acceptable for adults but not kid friendly at all unless there are no other options.
