Eye Care on the Ridge

I had my annual appointment today, and from the time I arrived, my experience was excellent. The ladies in the front office were friendly and efficient. Bobbie, the assistant who completed my eye exams, thoroughly explained each of them, and Dr. English arrived promptly to further evaluate my eyes. Afterwards, he reviewed the results with me , and showed me the detailed images. My appointment was concluded with two more staff members who applied my insurance for the payment, and then another who adjusted three pairs of my glasses. All of this took approximately 40-45 min. I would definitely recommend Eye Care On the Ridge.

Having gone to Eye Care on the Ridge for years, I will say that I have always been happy with the selection of glasses and the service I have received. Dr. Wheatley who is at a different branch now gave the most thorough exam I have ever had and really cared about my treatment. Laura, a tech and Bailey, in Optical are amazing. Always friendly and going above and beyond to get the job done no matter what it takes. Dr. English also made special accommodations to fit my son in for exams when he was having issues.

We came in for an eye exam today, and my granddaughter was very nervous going in. Bobby, who did all the pre-exam testing, was absolutely amazing. She immediately connected with her, made everything feel fun and relaxed, and completely eased her anxiety. Bobby took the time to explain things in a way a child could understand and created such a calm, positive experience from start to finish. I'm so grateful for her kindness, patience, and genuine care. She truly made a stressful situation feel easy and safe.

My daughter has to go to the eye dr every 6 months and I go here for her glasses and they are always so wonderful and nice! The ladies at the front are always wonderful and very helpful! And the lady who helped my 5 year old pick out her glasses was awesome as well! I cant say enough good praises about the ladies who work here!

Highly recommend this practice. The doctor is always prompt and ready at the appropriate times and willing to fit you in last minute if a need arises! The front staff goes above and beyond to explain billing, help with glasses and makes you feel at home! 10 10 recommend!

I called about pain in my eyes and they worked me in right away. Dr English spent a generous amount of time with me and listened to me and responded with tests for each of my concerns. The eyeglasses consultant was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Dr English came out to further advise me on the best glasses prescription.

cannot believe I got contacts at my initial eye exam appointment. I thought itd take a bit to get the stuff shipped in. thank you all so much for the awesome job that you do! my total wait time was 5 minutes at most and I was seen the same day I called to get an appointment. front end staff were polite and friendly. Doc himself was very polite and helpful.

I had the GREATEST experience with these people today! Everyone was so friendly and nice. Prompt service with the upmost professionalism with a sprinkle of country kindness! YOU CANT GO WRONG! A+ from start to finish!
