The staff is very nice but were not capable of delivering product. After 5 months and three failed attempts at getting my lenses correct, I had to walk away. They even had my glasses for 2 weeks without attempting to call me before I went looking for them. Got it done right at another location first attempt.

These people are absolute scammers! We bought my daughter 2 pair of glasses using their kids deal which is advertised as 2 pair for $59.95. When you sit down with them they immediately start trying to up-sell you with coatings and additional options. We declined their up-sells and completed the purchase. When our order came in, my daughter was able to wear her new glasses for about a week, but found that the glare was so harsh that she couldn't see out of the glasses and could only see the reflection of her own eyeball. I called the store and they told me to bring them in and they would adjust them. Unfortunately, we live almost an hour away, so we can't just make a 2-hour round-trip drive on a whim. When we finally got to the store, Paul and Montine were at the front desk. Paul, whose customer service skills are horrible, immediately tells me that I need to upgrade her glasses to one of their add-on packages that we declined when they sold us the glasses. The cost for both pair is $110 additional! So they sold us unusable glasses unless they had the add-on package, and they knew it! So basically this place falsely advertised 2 pair of glasses for $59.95, but those are unusable unless you upgrade to their Teflon package. So the glasses are not $30 each pair, they are $85 a piece, $170 total. That's a far from the $60 advertised! And Paul told me that he was essentially doing me a favor by extending me the "courtesy" of charging me the additional $110 since it was past the 30-day return time. Our option was to throw them away, or pay the money. If I purchase glasses for my child, she should be able to use them at the price I paid. I shouldn't have to purchase add-ons to make them useable. Scam! Scam! Scam! Do not use this place.

I purchased new glasses there. It's a busy place serving military customers and their families. They have a large selection of frames to choose from. I was assisted by Kim in selecting frames. She spent a lot of time with me finding frames in the styles I was interested in, and helping me decide which one to purchase, and making sure that the glasses frame I chose were the proper width and fit for my face and head. The glasses were ready in just over a week. I really thank and commend Kim for the time, expertise, and attention to detail she gave to me, and her friendliness and caring attitude in guiding me to a great pair of glasses. Kim is a great asset to The Optical Center at The Exchange.

I needed glasses adjusted and repaired for my two daughters. Jessie B. did a wonderful job of helping me! She adjusted one pair of glasses and found a new frame for the damaged pair. She was really efficient and very kind. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely return to this business.

I have been a customer since 2006 and never once have I had to return for dissatisfaction. Recently, I purchased a pair of glasses in June 2019 and I have returned twice due to product malfunction. The arms of the frames are deteriorating. During the first visit the manger rubbed the material off and she stated that she had never seen anything like this. During my second visit, the technician told me that I had to pay $200.00 for a different frame plus $25.00 for the process. Mind you, I have already paid $600.00 initially. They wanted me to pay for something that I had no control over. IT IS THE MANUFACTURE! The glasses are still under the one year warranty, so I settled for another pair of glasses ( NO CHARGE). The problem is I will end up with the same TRASH FRAME that may deteriorate in the same manner. I really appreciated the convenience of visiting the optometrist and ordering my glasses next door. This will never happen again as I will not return to this optical center EVER!

Great experience here today. Walked in looking to get a contact lens prescription. The two young women at the front desk were professional, efficient, and kind. Gave me a good estimate of how long I would have to wait, asked me to email my existing glasses prescription to them, and then called my cellphone when they were ready. Exam and contact lens fitting took about 15 minutes - great, personable optometrist. The price was very reasonable.

I purchased new glasses for my son and new lenses for frames I owned. The bill was ridiculous, but i sought convenience and in-person trying on of frames. After a few months, I noticed the lenses in my glasses had a ridiculous amount of scratches which made it difficult to see through the lens. I returned to the store, asked if there was a warranty. After checking the system, the tech tells me that the lenses THEY installed are not under warranty because I did not ALSO purchase frames from them. How does that make sense?! The Optical Center is not expected to be accountable for a faulty product they installed because the frames they installed them in were not purchased from them?! The tech, of course, offered a solution to get NEW lenses for something like $300. Thankfully, I had 3 other frames with current prescriptions at home. $300 for LENSES is just not sustainable. Thanks Optical Center, I'd rather get cheaper frames with lenses from your online competitors. At least if these go bad, it still costs less to replace an entire frame with lenses than to have you install lenses in frames I own. Your relevance in the market is being crowded out.
