The Herndon location of MyEyeDr has been a favorite of ours for many years. The exams are thorough, the selection of frames is great, and the staff are always friendly. But what makes this place really special is the well rounded service. Staff will help you pick out frames that work for you (they're always right), and they ensure that the fit of your glasses is perfect. The staff really take time to do fine tuning to make sure you look and feel great after you leave.

Very bad branch and very bad service. I have been trying to get my glasses done correctly since July. My glasses were done wrong four times and Rodney is the one how was in charge of it. He would get irritated and raise his voice even when he is the one sending the glasses with the wrong numbers. My family and I have been using my eye Dr ( in Fairfax ) for years and never had to go through the disrespect or the number of mistakes done in the Franklin farm branch. Never again Update: I contacted patient relation and Simone called me and apologized for ha happened and said she will forward it to the regional manager and asked me to try my glasses and let her know if it was done correctly. I called her she wouldn't take the call and left her message, she didn't call me back. I paid almost 400$ for a glasses that I won't use

I went. I went to pick up my glasses during business hours, and there was nobody there. I guess they decided not to stick around on a Saturday and made up their own hours. I will be collecting my records and finding someplace else I've been going to this office since it was Dr. Cochran's in 2001 I am so disappointed in myeyedoctor and their ability to run this place. I see a different optometrist every time I come because no one seems to stay for that long. Let's see what else is out there.

I had an excellent experience at My Eye Dr! Rodny was amazing--he was so attentive, answered all my questions patiently, and provided outstanding customer service. He also took the time to explain my benefits clearly, which made the whole process so easy. Thanks to his help, I walked out with a beautiful new pair of reading glasses that I absolutely love. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and thorough care!

I urgently visited this place for my aunt's eye exam and glasses. Fortunately, we met Dr. Nazanin Latifi, who conducted a thorough and caring examination of her vision. We were quite concerned because my aunt had cataract surgery last year, but now we feel reassured. The place also helped us get her glasses at an affordable price, making good use of her insurance. I give two thumbs up to all the staff and the doctor. I highly recommend this place to everyone. ----------- I am writing a review again after 4 months. Hidden fees continue to be charged, and I have had to make multiple calls to resolve the issue. However, it is still not resolved, and I am currently on the phone trying to fix it. ________ I will proceed with the update. The customer service team resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. I've been coming here for the last several years. The staff is professional AND personable. I love the way they break down insurance coverage, and put you in the best/affordable position when ordering new glasses.

EDIT: The administrator who reached out to me did a great job listening to my concern and advocating for me. She scheduled a follow-up appt for free to get my contact prescription re-examined. I am all straightened out now. However, I did not add back ALL the stars because the optometrist I saw during my follow up visit had a dismissive attitude and I ended up in tears :( ORIGINAL REVIEW: I updated my prescription for both my glasses and contacts. I asked Dr. Taxali to keep my current prescription for contact lenses. When I went up to the front to purchase my contact lenses, I noticed my prescription sheet said -3.25 for each eye. I was surprised because the contact lenses I currently wear is -3.0 for the right eye and -3.5 for the left eye. I distinctly recall calling this facility a few months ago to clarify what my prescription was, and they TOLD me -3.0 and -3.5. But now, my contact lens prescription has changed to -3.25 magically? The staff all insisted to me that -3.25 has ALWAYS been on my record and I'm probably just wearing an old prescription. But that makes no sense because I've only ever purchased contact lens ONCE. I used to put up with this facility since it's so close by to my house, but this incident is the straw that broke the camels back. I plan to go somewhere else.
