We use Clarkson as a family eye care provider for us parents as well as one of my daughters, 9 years old. This weeks visit was probably one of the best we have had there. The Dr spoke directly to and interacted well with the patient (my daughter); Answered her questions and encouraged her curiosity. We will happily return and both of my daughters will be under their care, with our full trust! It was a busy, packed schedule in the office that day so there was a slight delay in seeing the Dr. However, once it was our turn, we never felt rushed or as if we didnt have the Dr's full attention.

Clarkson Eyecare has given me by far the best experience of any optometrist I have ever visited! I have been going here for about 3 years.
Dr. Stefan Young is extremely knowledgeable AND super friendly! He answers all of my questions and I have never felt rushed through any of my appointments. I truly feel he takes his time to make sure I was getting the proper prescription.
Their frame selection is wonderful too and they are always having great deals. I got a whole extra pair for free with the promo they are running! I am very indecisive and the staff was so patient with me while I went through more frames than a person ever should try on - multiple times.
I can't recommend this place enough, they care.

I love this office!!! I was in desperate need to see an eye doctor and was having a difficult time finding one. Dr Young and his staff took me the same day as a walk-in. They were very nice and professional. They treated the problem and gave me peace of mind. I don't have a regular eye doctor but if I ever needed one, I will be right back at this office.

If I could give less stars I would. This front house staff and billing department is highly unprofessional and I feel bad for the optometrists as they are great and deserve better. Nov '24 my family went in for our exams and new glasses. Everything was done under my insurance, they handled 3 out of 4 of us and billed everything correctly. The last one they billed my husband insurance and sent me a bill. I called and told them they billed the wrong insurance, told me it would be corrected. Aprox 2 months later I rec'd another bill. Call and spoke to billing, they told me I had to speak with the office manager. Did that, she told me she had to refund the wrong insurance and then bill my insurance, got a text message Monday saying my son was sent to collections. Spoke to my insurance and they still haven't billed the right insurance but since it is now in collections there is nothing they can do.

It's sad that this office has great doctors but the support staff are unprofessional in the way that they communicate with customer and there appearance. I will not be going back to this office sad to say because I have with them for years. There is no reason for me to pay people who clearly don't want to give me service.
