DR. JEFFREY WEINTRAUB

I have seen Dr. Weintraub for the last 20 years he is the best. I had a prescription before and I was having headaches and my vision wasn't very good. I was told about Dr. Weintraub and went to see him for my eye check up when I got my new prescription things got better fast. My Son Ryan sees him also and I've sent several of my clients to him with all positive reviews. Is now located conveniently in Shelburne and they also sell glasses there too.

I want to preface this by saying that I'm not the kind of guy who writes reviews. In fact this is my first one. But holy cow, I've never had an experience this bad. It started out great, everyone seemed very nice at first. I got an exam and went home. That's when I learned that the key piece I needed to get my prescription glasses (the pupillary distance) they don't include that. So I call them up and everyone starts blaming each other. The people at the shop tell me to wait a day to to talk to the doctor, so I do. And when I finally talk to the doc, this guy is like Jekyll and Hyde. I mean he's cherry pie when you're getting the exam but after that, he wouldn't call you an ambulance if you were dying is his office. He's literally screaming at me on the phone saying, none of that's included. Do they tell you that beforehand? No. Only after. I've never felt so poor treated my a "professional." Also, apologies for any typos in my review... I still don't have any glasses.
