My first visit was terrible. But coming back was a good choice. The man working today helped me a lot to find the best frames for my face. I got modo frames and they can bend very far so if my kids get them it will be harder for them to brake. This shop has a lot of high end brands for good prices. I get my glasses in 2 weeks!

The staff were less than helpful. I sat there, being told to wait, while other customers came in and got help right away. Lots of employees standing around talking. One guy doing all the work. He struggled to get my lenses in new frames, sounds like it was legitimately a difficult fit. He got it to fit, so one extra star for the successful visit.

Avoid this place. I'm on my third pair of lenses and it's still not right. Fred doesn't listen and and just went on and on about his upcoming retirement and a recent vacation to Utah. Just retire already dude and put us all out of your misery.
