I absolutely love this place, they were able to help me out when I really needed it! Especially love the lady up front, she is very kind & helpful. Along with the doctor! The man that was also working up front there could definitely learn to be a bit more professional or learn to discuss his concerns in private but other than that, absolutely love them!
First time eye glass people, if you don't come here for your eyes, you are making a mistake!!!
This place hands down will be the best place you've ever been to for your eye care!!! They do it old school, no fancy hard core machines, just good ol' knowledge and experience!!!
My first eye care experience was at Vision Institute Northwest, in the Spokane Valley off of pines and broadway, don't go there, they are garbage, my eyes are two different prescriptions, but they said they were the same prescription, anyways I digress, after visiting Vision Haus in Cheney I can say with 100% certainty that I will be coming back and world of mouth is the best advertisement!!! I will tell all my friends!!
I came in to get new glasses and I already had all my stuff so I just needed to get new glasses and the guy that was helping me was funny he was outgoing and I don't remember his name but he was an amazing person once and then comes to me I'll post it but amazing He was hilarious and making me get my glasses more fun
It's incredibly rare to find a facility that both provides exceptional service and accepts our insurance plan. They are thorough in everything they do, down to the smallest details, and are as friendly as they are professional. They were absolutely wonderful with my 4-year-old and me, and when I bring my other two children in next week, I know their eyes will be in good hands!
Really great service! I felt like they care a lot about their patients, and I didn't feel like another number like I do at other places. They also have some pretty high quality stuff for lens I didn't see anywhere else! Also really inexpensive contacts. They did some tests I've never seen, and I felt like they truly cared about my health, not just trying to get me out the door to see the next patient. Nothing like good old fashioned service! I love Dr. B!
Only place that could diagnose my wife's eye problems correctly and the drops we now get work great for her. Costco and others just turn and burn and don't take the time like they do to actually figure out the root problems. Thanks!
Love the atmosphere. Very friendly, caring. They paid attention to my needs, no pressure and looked for ways to cut back on prices to get best deal. I Never leave there without a smile. Best eye doctor I've ever had and im 55 and have been wearing glasses since 2nd grade. By far most helpful caring people. Love you guys
I have had my two kids in ages 6 and 9 and myself for exams. Dr B. is very thorough and time honored methods of screening. The frame selections are a bit limited, and the wait time on glasses is a bit long, but they can order dang near anything you want if you don't see what you want. This is a place focused on eye health and care, not on quick turnaround and flashy new gadgetry. Dr B worked very well with the kids, they have DVDs and a play area in the waiting area, and a treasure chest when exams are complete. Good place for kids!
