Doctor was nice only complaint is that my glasses took 2 months to arrive although that was not thare fault and was a issue with who ever manufacturers them

The facility was very clean. The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Krager was very professional and knowledgeable. He saw something in the test and sent a urgent referral and I was seen a few days later and found out I not only had cataracts in both eyes but both dry macular degeneration in one eye and wet age related macular degeneration in the other eye which I am receiving treatments I would never of known an lost more of my eye sight. So I would recommend them for there professional and knowledgeable eye care

Sarah is belittling and rude. She is not patient with customers, and hovers over the process of picking out glasses. Don't get an appointment near lunch time or quitting time, or you'll be rushed throughout your time of picking out glasses. Glasses are also much spendier than options in Spokane, so if you are willing to drive, then skip this place altogether. Communication is also really lacking. Don't expect to be communicated with in a timely manner.

Stopped in early and asked for a Dr to see me as I had a severe eye hemorrhage and didn't want to go through weekend. Receptionist was rude and said no time- " I guess you will have to go somewhere else"..not good and not typically Chewelah. Very disappointed- I am a return patient.

when i walked in they were very welcoming and friendly, very helpful and they explained everything to me so that i understood. and if i didnt understand and asked questions they answered them with no hesitation.. it had been a very long time since i had gone to the eye dr and they made me feel so comfortable.they listened to me. the waiting time was very very short. but they spent their time explaining everything to me. when you first walk in its nice and bright and you feel a awsome vibe. and it is so nice and clean in there. and they have a awsome selection of frames.everything about my visit was awsome.. i am going to recommend them 100%. to everyone that i know. and my one daughter recommended them and i am SO glad that she did.

They are a great team. I had an exam and bought new glasses. Doctor was nice. Sarah helped with my new glasses. Glasses are exactly right. Thank you eye care team!

Took my 4 year old in to get her eyes checked and they were very patient. She had a good experience and I was happy with it.

My wife had a detached retina starting and Dr. Carlson found it sooner than any symptoms or troubles. Could have lost he vision in that eye. So we went to another doctor with right equipment to look and do surgury. They said Dr. Carlson found it sooner than usually possible and saved her a larger, more painful surgury and recovery had she waited longer. Thanks Dr. Carlson.
