I had such an amazing experience! The patient care coordinators Poppy and Leslie were so welcoming, organized and cheerful! Meg, the optical technician, who was fairly new in her position, and she absolutely blew me away with her professionalism, depth of knowledge and her customer service skills. I saw Dr. Harrison who I connected with immediately. He was very knowledgeable, personable and a very down to earth family man. I was going to make an appointment with Dr. Low as I have known her for years and have heard amazing things about her but Dr. Harrison had an appointment time available that worked better with my schedule. I was not disappointed, he was great! After I met with Dr. Harrison, Lizzie, the optician helped me order my contact lenses, and I also looked at a few pairs of glasses. This was such a lovely experience. I absolutely love my previous Eye Doctor, however, she is in Redmond and since I live and work in Duvall, I decided that I wanted to support a local business! The clinic manager Fiona is doing an amazing job!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Low for years. She and her staff are very thorough, and I always leave with a smile. Everyone is friendly and extremely proficient at their jobs. If you need an eye exam on the East Side, I'd look no further than Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare. What a fantastic experience! I'm a new client and my only regret is that I wish I had known how pleasant this experience would be, so I could have made the switch years ago.
I checked in, and was hardly able to sit down before they were ready to bring me back! They were so fast! Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, and put up with my attempts at humor. By the end of the visit, I felt like I had been hanging out with old friends, and I felt like they treated me as such (not just a new client). There was no pressure or hard upsell on products, just an explanation of what was available, and they respected my response when I declined some of them. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit. Knowledgeable and attentive to your needs (as you would expect from an optometrist's office) but what really set this place apart was they filled out a rebate for my new set of glasses and emailed the FULLY FILLED OUT form to me to claim the rebate.
