I've never had my eyes checked as an adult and I was very nervous and awkward making my appointment, but despite my awkwardness, everyone I got to work with was very kind, patient, and helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful in planning the appointment, Dr. Lake answered all of my questions and went beyond as he helped me understand how my eyes work, I never felt like I was rushed or asking a "dumb" question. The opticians I worked with were incredibly helpful in picking out my new glasses. I was clearly overwhelmed and she helped talk me through my options and I'm very happy with the glasses I (we) picked. Over all, I am extremely happy with my experience and actually will be going back for regular eye checks now!

Clean, professional, and very good customer service. The doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our visits and recommend Valley Eye & Vision. My only complaint is the constant barrage of text and phone calls asking you to confirm your appointment. In the three or four days prior to my daughters' appointments I received at least 10 text messages and 4 phone calls asking me to confirm the appointment. Extremely annoying.

Dr Lake does not recall anything he tells you about your eye exams. Request glaucoma and intraocular pressure exams in writing in addition to your glasses Rx. Please go to an ophthalmologist and do not let anyone alarm you with false statements about eye pressure and cupping and optic nerve damage unless it's in writing. Do not risk your eyes with unnecessary laser surgeries without seeing all of the data in writing. Glaucoma is often still treated with eye drops. Don't be misled.

Good service moderately priced but I don't appreciate their robot dialer that just tells you to call them back for an appointment. I thought it was 2025 but I guess Wenatchee is trapped in 1999.

I switched to this clinic because my other experience with another clinic wasn't great. So far I am very happy with the Dr but not so much of the staff. Specifically with one person, tall long hair glasses and she sat in first station. She didn't offer to adjust glasses. I felt like I was interrupting her breakfast, since they just opened. I will be back for the Dr. I will have to speak up louder for adjustments.
