Friendly greeting and reception, I got back to my exam at the scheduled time. Experienced and knowledgeable staff helped me make a good selection for my frames. Dr. Nivala is very thorough & professional, yet approachable and easy to talk to and pays attention to detail. The office atmosphere is comfortable as well as plenty of reading materials although I didn't have much of a wait in the office.
