I've been to both vision source locations and both are good but, I really enjoyed the ladies at the Leavenworth location. They were knowledgeable about everything and did not hesitate to work out appointments for both locations for me. I was not rushed to pick out frames and was able to take some with me and leave them at the second location. From the start of my appt to the time I walked out the door was very pleasant. Within this week, I've been to both the Leavenworth and the Wenatchee offices. The people are all professional nd the products are great. I think I'll love my new glasses. Plus the
Leavenworth office took me in (a very long time patient) right away for a small emergency. And after a couple of looks to see if it was an easy fix, they got me an opening in an hour, so I could actually have a full series of tests.
