The staff is amazing. Hands down 5/5. But DO NOT buy your frames here. They have a pair of frames listed at $300 that I really liked and almost bought but no purchase plans, no flexibility. The charges START there at $300 and they upcharge for your prescription. That same pair I wanted down the the exact specifications from the same brand and manufacturer can be bought online for $49.99. I might have actually bought from them if they had purchase plans or even an online store to show their inventory and allow me to try glasses on from the comfort of my home with online try on options. Or any additional added value for their consumer. ALWAYS research your products before committing. Don't get swindled.

Their eye doctors are generally pretty nice and the eye exams are pretty thorough and effective. I've been coming here since I was a kid. However once you have done an exam they do not like to provide you with your prescription to buy glasses from any other sources. This becomes even more difficult if some time has passed since your last exam, Its been almost two years and the lady refused to give me my prescription over the phone or email and said I had to have it mailed to me. After telling me it was a state law that I had to have a new exam. (It is not a law) long story short I broke my only glasses and needed a quick replacement to cover me until my next exam. But the lady I spoke with seemed to only be interested in charging me more and making me wait for the help I needed. Do to this huge inconvenience it looks like I'll be looking for an alternative eye doctor.

Tried playing phone tag for several hours. Never getting any answer was on hold, had to have Call me back then., I had to call the same number. Then there were more and more people in front of me. Tried that 3 times because I was at work. Never did get an answer so I called and went to Brewster eye clinic. They helped me when I called at 1 got me in at 2 with no run around. Will not go here ever. Terrible, I could have gone blind before getting in to someone. Thank God for private clinics of all sorts, not you and not caring about patients.

Made a short notice eye exam appointment and they were very nice and helpful. Then ended up getting my eyes dialated and all of the assistants and doctors were very nice.

Looking up on Google Ugo Bartell has wrong address and phone number are listed wrong-they need to update their contact information pronto, their office is hard to reach
