I drove my niece to an eye appointment at Cascadia Eye. The staff was excellent and very kind. They really put her at ease. If you have trouble finding it, it's in the back part of the building at the very end by the dentist. This is a gorgeous parking lot? I'm not kidding! It really is. My car battery died so I had the hood up. They checked if I needed anything before they went home for the day. I can't say enough good things!

The Doctor and staff were so friendly and the office was clean and well organized. I booked online in minutes and got to choose the day and time that fit for my schedule. Since my previous doctor unexpectedly closed his practice, this was a necessary component to choosing a new eye doctor.

Took over a week to get an appointment, they do not accept walk ins, but staff is friendly. I got a dilation exam(turns out I didn't need one but they made it seem like it was mandatory as part of the annual exam). I was not given proper instructions/information about the aftercare for the dilation exam. I put my contacts before driving home which made my vision worst. I verbally stated my contact brand which I've been using for YEARS but they stated they could not take my word ? They need proof from my previous eye doctor who's from Texas or require additional contact fitting through a third person who is not available the same day and requires another appointment and additional fee. Overall I did not enjoy my experience and the lengthy process for attempting purchase contact lenses.

Very Nice clean business with very nice knowledgeable Employees and Doctors. My wife and myself both went on different days and both had similar experiences. While waiting for my eye drops to kick in, the employees were very patient with the elderly and a few kids I noticed having appts there as well. they had a very positive and friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend. This was my first time at this business and I will be back! Keep up the great work!
