My glasses broke, and I am very blind without them. I have contacts, but never wear them longer than 4 hours because my eyes feel like they'll pop out of my head if I do.
I went to Eyeland Optical and told them right away that I hadn't purchased the glasses there and showed them the break. They kept the glasses in hopes that they could find some frames to fit my lenses. I just got off the phone with them and they found a new temple (the broken piece) to replace it so that I'm not out the cost of new glasses.
I am so amazed at the wonderful service for someone who had never even gone there before. I guess I know who my new optician is!

After my exam I ordered glasses I paid in full the patient amount due. When my glasses came in they were the incorrect prescription so I purchased my own frames and drop them off after the second exam. And all the money I paid towards my glasses (frames & lenses) they said after dropping off my own frames, that money I paid was only for lenses....but the frames were NOT free so why do I not get a refund for the frames.? I got the runaround and was told something about insurance submissions.

My insurance covers my glasses everywhere. But this place, they said they took my insurance and then they tried to charge me six hundred dollars
