We live in Kennewick so Eyecare Associates of West Richland is by no means the closet to us, but I can't think of what would make switching worthwhile. The friendly, professional, competent care we receive from Dr.Hansen and Dr Jihndonnis outstanding. They are so patient when asking "1 ir2" for the 700th time. Their employees are also amazing coming in to see them each year is a treat of visiting g with old friends.

Honestly the best eye appointment and glasses/contacts consultation I've had in many years! The staff were extremely kind the entire process and Dr. Hansen was extremely knowledgeable and explained my eye health, plus other suggestions. Also their optical/glasses selection is top notch! I would highly recommend that it's worth the wait (they're busy!) and book your appointment ASAP. They also worked with my insurance and were fully prepared!

My neighbor recommended Eyecare Associates. I went for a routine eye exam. Minimal wait time before an assistant led me through a battery of eye tests. The assistant explained each test and was proficient and professional. Dr. Johnson then completed the exam. He took the time to ensure my prescription was optimal. Dr. Johnson took time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. The facilities appear relatively new. The test equipment seemed to be modern. I was never pressured to purchase new glasses. I was very satisfied with my experience.

This was my first time having an appointment at this establishment. I wanted something close to home and I wasn't satisfied with my previous eye dr.
I was a new patient, but didn't have to wait long to be seen. The eye dr was friendly, thorough, and very informative. He had a great bed side manner.
The staff was super friendly.
I ended up getting lenses made for my current frames. One set as progressives and one set for readers. Each time they estimated it would be about 15 days to receive the lenses and each time it was far less time than that, even with the thanksgiving holiday included. The opticians were super helpful and very lovely to work with. They answered all my questions and I felt they were looking out for my best interests.
I'm so happy I switched to this facility.

I sustained an eye injury due to my playful Labrador this morning around 6:00 am. I called the after hours number and they said they would call me back with a time to come in. I received a call prior to them opening asking me to come in immediately and the would get me seen by the Dr.
I was in a lot of pain and they took excellent care of me. On the road to recovery.
If you don't have a good Eye Doctor you should call this one. Thank you again.
