Had to keep my frames, my insurance only covers every two years. My old lenses were in there solid. Phillip bent my frames severely. We did a fitting and adjustment. It was sitting better, I decided it was good enough ( I had to return to work?m) but when I looked down they pop off. I returned 24 hours later and Phillip blamed me for sleeping in them. He adjusted them again but honestly they are just as bad. I'd prefer to not return after my last interaction with him. But my glasses are not useable unless I sit extremely still. I could use some one above your customer service rep Phillip to reach out, otherwise this will be my ongoing shared experience with our local optometrist.

The male receptionist Philip is very condescending. The doctor herself is kind and one time there was a female receptionist who I loved but Philip makes me want to get a different eye doctor for my son.

The eye doctor is nice male receptionist could have had a better attitude towards patients rude to both my husband and I.

Very kind, professional and very detailed on everything from glasses, prescription, to everything going on during appointments. Highly recommend.

I hadn't been to an eye doctor in almost 10 years, and hadn't been to Dr. Lucky since around 2012. I'm a little anxious in any doc office but she made the whole process quick and enjoyable and was as professional and sociable as ever. In regards to other reviews here, I'll also say that in my experience Phil was very kind to me and helpful.
