My husband and I had to take my 5 year old to see Dr.Radow.First off I have to say, I loved seeing all the elderly being taken care of with such caring manner. This was her first time seeing an eye doctor, Dr.Radow and his staff were so calm and patient with her. You don't see that very much anymore and we will be back and will being referring as many people as possible.

My issue is not with Dr. Radow, it is with his Spencer office. Made an eye appointment for a certain day, went to the office that morning for my appointment and they had put it in the computer for the wrong day. Refused to go ahead and honor the appointment, said if I'd like I could sit there and if someone else canceled I could have that appointment. Extremely poor customer service, that is not how patients should be taken care of. I will never go back. I strongly recommend for all others to go somewhere else as well. Very poor service. If I could have rated this visit with a 0it would have gotten a -0. Very poor customer service
