Eyecareone

Went there in December of 2017 to get the lenses of the glasses that I had purchased there in 2014 replaced. Turned out that the factory had super glued the lenses in so they were unable to install one of the new lenses. They sent me home with only one correct lens (and one that kept falling out) and told me they'd contact me the following week when the new lens came in. It's been two months and the lens still isn't in, and my (plastic) glasses were so badly bent that they would no longer stay on my face. In my efforts to unbend the glasses, they snapped tonight. So basically I spent $130, only got one correct lens, and now have no glasses. I'm NEVER going back. The only reason they got a 2 instead of a 1 is that despite mauling my glasses, the staff members were pretty nice.

Dr. Melissa Diamond and her staff has always been so kind and helpful! They have a nice selection of eyewear to choose from; and with my insurance it is a lot more reasonable than most offices!! They always try and help me find something I like, and even go as far as ordering me something in color/style that I can try!! Thank you everyone at EyeCare One!!

Very pleased on every visit. Glasses with my insurance are shockingly inexpensive. Same insurance I had at other places...never paid LESS than $300. Here...never pay MORE than $0-$50. Nice selection of frames. If they don't have what you want, they will try to find them. Staff is beyond nice.

I noticed unfavorable reviews posted lately and so I thought I had better say something. I have been a patient of Dr Tekavic for over 20 years and have always been pleased. He was the first Dr. to ever successfully fit my husband with contacts. And probably saved him from going blind in one eye when he responded to a sudden change in vision and called a specialist in Morgantown to repair a detached retina. The specialist told my husband that he was very lucky Dr Tekavic was able to catch it so quickly. That was last November. My whole family has been seeing him for years both of my adult sons and my adopted son and also my grandchildren. Those of you who have had trouble this last year with response be aware that the Doctor has not been well and the staff has been doing their best to keep up and reschedule appointments when the he couldn't make it in, and not telling people that he was seriously ill. My whole family is very saddened to hear that Dr. Tekavic has recently passed away. My condolences to his family and his staff. I hope that anyone else wanting to make a bad review would read this first and take into consideration that the young Dr. was trying to keep up a good front , but he was dying.

Been a patient there for 3 years called for a appointment to get some contacts nobody answered called 3 times somebody finally answered I told them I would like to make a appointment she hurried up and said we are booked until the middle of December. But I need contacts now I guess I got to find a new eye doctor which sucks. Update.... just called another eye doctor and they gave me a appointment for the next day wow that simple

Excellent caring Doctor and staff. We have been going here for years. We miss Dr. T was so glad they stayed open with Dr. D.
