Wautoma eye clinic has a completely new staff, so if you ever had any issues with any of their staff before they are gone, there is a new owner a new doctor very, very helpful, very good. I'm not completely done with the process of getting glasses or contacts. But so far, i'm extremely happy with the experience i've had with them.

Scheduled a routine visit had no issues but they are billing my medical insurance that will not cover it so now i have to instead of charging my vision insurance. Had to wait for thedoctor and the person that helped with glasses, it was over 2 hours. There were used tissues on thr counter in exam room with doctor, he says they were behind because of an emergency apparently they didn't have time to clean up before I was seen.

After 20 years with Dr Meckeberg he retired. Best service thru out everyone of those years.
The new owner Dr Tyler is unfriendly, walked right by me with out acknowledgement. My appointment was 45 minutes late. He never apologized for my wait as well as 2 others waiting that day. When finally called to go in & see a eye doctor, he told his staff to wait on sending me in. Another 15 min wait. He never Thanked me for the long wait or showed any care. I am switching to a different eye doctor. Very unhappy with his unfriendly service.

I love this place but I don't understand where the xtra cost for imaging ever became a thing 39.00. Iv been going here for the past five or more years and never have been charged for imaging. Not sure how I feel about this . I absolutely love the staff but that extra charge has got me...

On Monday November 24 th I was one of emergency visits to the Wautoma EyeClinic . All staff were professional and thorough in spite of being noticeably behind schedule of course. My problem was addressed in a timely manner. Thank you Doctors and support staff...Wautoma is fortunate indeed to have this clinic here in rural Wisconsin. Some staff come from as far as Green Bay every day. Next time you're sitting waiting impatiently...think about the folks who got up in the middle of the night to get there on time in order to help you. Thank you.

Wanted to shop locally but regret it. Staff are condescending and rude. It took me almost 2 months to get my glasses and they refused to return my phone calls. I'll go to Walmart from now on.
