Dr. Menos and his team are fantastic. Appointment set up was easy and there was no wait. My eye exam was very thorough and the Dr. took time to listen and answer any questions. Office staff was knowledgeable about insurance portion/questions. They have a great selection of frames, and I was able to order a pair of prescription readers. In and out in less than 45 minutes.

An error in verifying insurance coverage was handled very poorly. Mistakes happen - and this time on both sides of the issue - but the tone of the one who should have shown care was intolerable. The eye doctor has done well for all of us, however, we will not return because they will no longer accept insurance for our disabled son, and staff was not respectful of my anxiety in sharing that information.
