Terrible. What probably would have been a 30 min appt turned into a 2 hour appt cuz they have one....ONE doctor jumping room to room. So you just sit there...waiting....forever.....and he's rude! Go somewhere else. If this is the only place your insurance covers. Make the drive elsewhere. This clinic is terrible!

Eye clinic is great it's the lady working back with the eyeglasses is rude. Roberta was rude to me when I called to order replacement glasses for my boyfriend. Then when I came in to pick them up I asked the front desk specifically not to have to talk to her to pick them up. Roberta has to pop her head out to say something telling me to return the old ones even if they are in pieces. I was NOT rude to her at all I was not even face to face with her she was yelling from the other end because I asked not to talk to her. I just said okay I will let him know. Then has the audacity to call his job to tell them that I was rude to her on Friday when I stopped in. I seriously think she should think about retirement this is not the first time she was rude to me ever since I moved here in 2015 she has always came across as rude. Adding to this review as I do not know how to respond to the owner. I stopped in this past Monday to drop my BF's broken glasses off from the original review and had another encounter with Roberta. This encounter she was beyond rude to the point I'm thinking she is just racist. I have always gone to this place for my eye exams for me and my kids but because of her actions I will not be returning here. It was obvious that there was no follow up with her with my original complaint. I called the number that the owner listed on this review and was told they will contact me back I'm still waiting I also called her supervisor as I was leaving on Monday and she has not called me back either. Very unprofessional.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2:20. I was asked to be there early when setting it up. I arrived at 2:00 and checked in with the front desk. At 3:00 I finally got up and walked out. No one bothered to even say they are running a little late. Very disrespectful. Do not waste your time at this establishment.

Today I had an appointment at 10:40. I arrived at 10:54, where no one was at the front desk and I stood waiting until 11:09, where I was finally told, it was to late for my appointment. I was told there's no way I was waiting here for twenty five minutes. I didn't feel like arguing that yes, I had been here waiting for at least ten minutes. I can prove it. When I walked in a spam caller called me at 10:54 AM. So.. anyways, I've never had a problem with them until now but I'm very disgruntled.

I left a message 48 hours ago requesting an exam for my 4 year old son and I have yet to hear back.

Ok place eye glass lady is always moody. Employees still wear masks...lol
