Dlouhy Donald E OD

My sister and I saw Dr Dlouhy a few weeks ago. We have had him for our eye care for years. He is always awesome and does a through exam. My sister and I both have Diabetes. My sister picked out a new pair of glasses with sun glasses. Cindy is awesome also. She always answers any questions that we might have. They have a great selection of frames to pick from. I can only second all the good things that others have said in their reviews here. I did not get my exam at this practice, but the doctor and Cindy were extremely helpful in getting a very difficult prescription filled for me. The lenses had to be remade twice before I got a pair of glasses that I could use, the first because the transition point in my progressive lenses was set too high, the second because the lab simply goofed up on one of the prisms. Each time, the doctor took my concerns seriously and gave all the attention necessary to get them resolved. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Cindy and Dr. Dlouhy are amazing. We found them because our insurance changed. I wish we found them sooner! I am sending my clients and others their way, as long as they are able to accept new patients. Thank you for being down to earth and kind. :)

I was very pleased with my exam today. The MD is excellent, the receptionist is terrific, the office space is charming. I had every intention of taking my prescription and heading to Costco, but after my exam and the personal attention given, ordered my glasses there. Highly recommended.

By far, the most professional, thorough, and personable doctor visit I've had in years. At all times during my examination, I felt Dr D exceeded all standards of care. Cindy at the front is a treasure as well. Here's looking at you!

Sue is excellent and welcoming as the office staff. Dr Dlouhy spends the right amount time with me, letting me ask all the questions I need to. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dlouhy and his staff Cindy. They both were very helpful and knowledgable. I certainly would go back for glasses when needed.
