When picking out my glasses, the service was wonderful. This morning, I picked the glasses up when they opened. I was using a cane to walk. The woman at the counter was very unpersonable. When I told her I was there to pick up my glasses, she let me stand there while she looked for them. Then she again let me stand there after asking me to try them on. They were much too loose so I asked for them to be adjusted. She was going to let me continue to stand so I asked to sit at a table. And she never smiled and was not friendly. So they were 5 star when they wanted to make a sale and 0 star when I picked up the glasses. I recommend going to Specs Appeal instead. Their service is always 5 star.

The girl who checked me in was AMAZING! She was super nice as anyone who is getting paid to literally just do their job should be. Yet her colleague Aliza was rude. She acted like she hated doing her job. She was annoyed that her colleague was struggling. She was extremely rude to me and demanding. I feel bad for the girl who has to work with her. If you don't like your job then quit clearly working at an eye glasses place isn't for you.

This place is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. My husband has had to visit the store 4 different times to get an appointment, recieve his trial contacts, and get his prescription. When he tried to call before going to get his prescription, they hung up so he couldn't let anyone know he was coming to get his prescription so a doctor could sign off on it. When I got my exam there last year, I talked extensively with tbe doctor a out what brand and make of contacts I wear and I wanted. I received a prescription for a completely different brand and kind of contacts that Visionworks happens to sell. Literally the only good thing about this place was the ability to get an exam on relatively short notice. We won't ever be back.

Optometrist will charge you for a contact lens fitting exam without actually checking. Front desk has a hard time figuring out insurance, Sat waiting for 30 minutes while the deciphered how to work my insurance. One of the techs did my whole beginning exam with contacts in and didn't ask me to remove them so had to repeat them. Overall not one part of my visit went well.
