Been going here for a few years and they have always done a great job taking care of me. Right now I'm going through the process of getting contacts and they have been super helpful, Dr.April is very understanding and truly wants what's best for you. The only bother showing up 10 minutes early and then having to wait an hour after my scheduled time to be seen when I do go in. Thankfully as I said Dr.April is amazing and had me out of there in under 10 minutes. Overall satisfied but the wait time sometimes is something that could be improved.

I lost my contact lens at a Walmart & was afraid to drive home without it & did not have a back up pair. Walmart Optical needed my prescription to replace the lenses. I woke up with floaters in my eyes. I phoned to make an appointment and was told to come in ASAP. All that I wanted was for a doctor to take a look and tell me if there was a problem. I would be scheduled between patients. Raced there! Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. Was never seen by a doctor. Left after wasting an entire morning. Very disappointed in them.
