I love going to Family Vision in Twin Lakes for the wonderful small town experience. When I arrive, there is typically no waiting and I am recognized (by name) when I walk in the door. The doctor and staff who assist and perform my exam listen to what I have to say and ensure that I understand all aspects of the visit. This time, I needed new glasses and was assisted with selecting the pair that looked best. I'd pick this vision location even if my insurance wasn't accepted (it is)... just for the user experience.
