I really wish they had two separate listings, one for the optical hut and one for the clinic. The clinic is a 5 star all day long. The optical hut would barely be 1 star. You are always made to feel like you're rushed and an inconvenience. Never willing to help dig into a basic issue. Honestly, the female that I've dealt with a couple times wasn't even paying attention to questions I had and I had to ask several times. When it comes to the significant amount of money, people have to spend for something that they were absolutely every single day and rely on... This should definitely be a more hands-on compassionate experience.

They do not answer the phones and their service is lacking in general when selecting glasses and giving full unfettered information, be it prescriptions at the time of the appointment (they did mail it after I purchased glasses from them) or their full price list. They also denied a direct request for a fully itemized bill with all options for each pair of glasses showing expected insurance amounts, deductions due to specials or sales, and general cost to the customer for each option on the lenses.

Called for an appointment at 9:00 am. They said they would call me back, never did. Called them at 12:30. Said they needed more time and would call me back. I waited. I called again at 4:10. They closed early I guess. No answer. This is not how a professional medical office behaves. Guess I'm still looking for an eye doctor after wasting an entire day.

Closes completely for a whole hour for "lunch" so you can't even pick up your glasses while out for errands if you've got a busy schedule. Entirely unprofessional, lunch SHIFTS exist for a reason. I would expect better from medical professionals...

The Federal Trade Commission enforces the Eyeglass Rule. It requires eye doctors -- ophthalmologists and optometrists -- to give patients a copy of their prescription -- whether they ask for it or not. It's the law.
