I came here to get my eyes checked. For the first time, my eyes were checked for free because there was a free camp at that time. After the eye checkup, I got a number in my eyes and I was suggested to wear glasses. I found the lenses and glasses frames here to be very expensive, so I got them made from outside instead of here. By the way, the charge for getting my eyes checked here for the first time is ₹490 and the charge for the second time is ₹220. There was no charge for my eyes checkup the first time, but the second time I had to pay 220 rupees. The behavior of the staff and doctors here is very good and I did not have to wait too long in the waiting area. All other facilities are very good. They treat eye-related diseases and also perform operations.

I had a positive overall experience. However, the receptionist needs to improve their customer interaction skills. They often appear preoccupied with their system and do not seem to listen attentively to customers. Additionally, both the receptionist and the pharmacist could benefit from working on their customer engagement. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were supportive and provided excellent service.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hospital. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I did find that the wait times were quite long, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of care provided was good.

One of the best treatments provided for eyes. Better facilities and Doctors for great prescriptions. But yeah it is costly now.
