Worst and pathetic experience with Titan Eye. The shop is filled by fraudsters and thieves. They cheat customers by the name of the brand. I had purchased a full frame along with the lens. They provided a very expensive branded lens with frame worth 8000 - 9000/- INR with 1 year warranty. Just after completing one year of period, the lens's coating film got damaged, and because of using it my eye sight also affected and power increased. When I asked them to replace it, they simply denied by saying that the warranty period is over now. It means they just sell the product which could last only till its warranty period. It will turn into a throw away product immediately after completing the warranty period. Guys never ever buy any product from Titan Eye. They can also loot you as they did with me. You must be having an impression that since they belong to a very reputed brand, they will also provide you the product upto the level. But it's not like that they will sell a product which could be easily damaged and you visit their shops so that they can loot you easily. It's better to buy it from some other optical shops, but never from Titan Eye.
