Disha Eye Hospital Arambagh

Management behaviour is very bad , they didn't behave properly with an emergency patient very bad experience

Dear, Disha Eye hospital Authority, I had huge respect for your organization, but today at Arambagh branch I am shocked and supprise that a employee of your organization can insult and misbehave with a patient and patient party. I think a government hospital workers do more good behaviour then your team members. This is my last visit to your any branch, I would like to tell you that please do maintain some curtsy to the patient party. You are not giving free treatment to us, we have come here for treatment by paying you, mind it.

The doctors are good but the management is poor. After appointment you have to wait at cash counter, the person at the cash counter might be at break without any back up. The queue length increases in the mean time and when asked from the cash counter, poor behavior. It appears this is the only good hospital in locality and thus they are taking advantage of that, misbehaving, showing no value of others time, speaking disgracefully even with elder. When asked where does the management sits, unfortunately the cash counter and tpa compromises of the higher management and thus no place for feedback

I don't know hospital is good or bad , but management behaviour with patients is very bad , specially arambagh disha . That's not expected., 😡😡😡😡😡😡.

The hospital is too good but their waiting space is too much ,and their stalfs behaviour are not so well , But their doctors are 👌👌,but doctors really solved parents problem , But l say that their stalfs behaviour not 🚫 so well ,l request please solveing it!!!

Very very bad experience, reuest all citizens not to visit there for treatment, management team is also bad..... Doctor is not good... Misdirecting patients (Dr. Banamali roy) . very bad hospitality and not good environment, i am request higher authority to please take care of that eye is not a thing to burgain, and should have recruit better doctors

Staff and management team's behaviour with patients is really bad specially in arambagh branch. Please don't go there.

Bad experience in Arambagh Disha eye hospital with my relative for his cataract surgery in July 2022 regarding cost and mediclaim The Doctors are good treatment is good but the person involved in the mediclaim dept in this hospital insisting Dr for prescribing some less useful material and doing his improper business which proves nexus with some persons of Disha hospital Arambagh Disha took rs.40560 for one eye operation and prescribed same amount for other eye whereas their Seheurafulli branch took rs.28000 for other eye operation with same iol lense . This is not expected from a hospital like disha.This is one kind of cheating by the person involved with mediclaim.Disha authority should look into the matter and take prompt action in this regard.
