Nayan Eye Hospital

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff during my visit. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction unpleasant. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they seemed disinterested and dismissive of my concerns. A courteous and friendly approach is the least one expects, especially from the first point of contact at any establishment. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I hope the management takes steps to train the staff in basic hospitality and customer service.

I am impressed to their behaviour and also cleaned, available hot, normal and cold water for drinking.... ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Clean and cool hospital but the slow work is bad

They sit at the reception don't know how to talk to their customers. So from the gate itself you get the idea how are you going to get treated....
