Very bad experience,poor management no sitting capacity in 2nd floor of sinthi disha eye hospital In 4th floor security behaviour bad ,no shoe rack nathing,I came with my grandfather the 4th floor security tell me only one person allow,in side available sits that 84yr old man stand outside front of lift and shoes. Really really bad, If your organisation can't manage how to communicate with elder person then you don't have authority to service them. I have shared the photo of security and 4th floor Really very very poor management poor experience.

Overall experience good, they charged me Rs 200 which was economical. The lady who was in the reception and who picked up the call was bit rude. They have a paharmacy and optical centre inside where one can purchase eye drops and new specs.

Disha Eye hospital Sinthi which plays a major role in eye treatment for the people of North Kolkata, treated by good doctors at very cheap prices. Almost all eye treatment are done here. In some cases the behavior of technicians or staff is not satisfactory at all.

The staff behaves as if they "Know it All". The lady seated at Counter #10 is very rude. The staff need to be trained how to deal with the customers. They can learn from other locations on how to behave with patients.

Disha Eye Hospital Sinthi is located on Barrackpore Trank Road (BT Road) in Sithi More. It is located beside Sithir More circuse maidan. You can get the best treatment here. Doctors are very nice. But one of the receptionists is very rude and she use to behave very badly with patients and patient parties. But beside her, the overall experience was okay.

Very bad hospital in kolkata. I was booked a schedule. But they are cancelled my appointment. And they are saying that doctor was not available for illness and they approached me after 10days appoinment. When i had serious eye problem they are neglected me. Stupid all.

Worst service. If you call in emergency they will tell you to visit Barrackpore. Call timing 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. when I called 9 a.m. for an emergency case, call was in waiting for 10 minutes, then they told me to visit Barrackpore ( though I called for a booking in Sinthi ). Third class service.

Lift available. Call and take prior appointment before going. Walk In checkup facility is not recommended as "no vacant slot" could make you return without checkup. Simple eye test to Glaucoma test happens every day. Rate is pretty cheap here. There is a optical counter inside selling bug brand costly optical. Outside Disha you will get Auto, Bus and Taxi easily.
