DISHA EYE HOSPITAL👁️ is a well managed & well maintained health care centre, situated right in the heart of the town. Most staffs are attentive & cooperates well with the patients. Though I had to wait in the queue for over an hour, it was a Steady procedure. I went for an eye-checkup & Dr. Joyanto Ghosh seemed very professional & experienced 😊 They even have a small yet very hygienic In-house Canteen facility, where patients & their parties can avail meals starting from beverages, snacks & even lunch 🏡. Prices of all items are reasonable as well, I personally tired the Coffee☕ & it was nice! ❤️ Overall, This place is a multifaceted - one stop solution for all eye-related issues👍

My experience at Disha Eye Hospital in Burdwan was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and it seemed like the hospital was being managed by junior doctors who, in my opinion, may not even be fully qualified. Their suggestions and conclusions were confusing and lacked any technical depth. It felt more like a guesswork approach than professional care. I would strongly advise against visiting this hospital for serious eye issues. It’s better to avoid it and look for more experienced and reliable healthcare options for your eye care needs.

Very good eye hospital , good atmosphere with adequate waiting space. For appointment to completion of getting prescription is a little bit lengthy but the process is smooth and well maintained .

Not at all satisfied with the staff and doctors.staffs are unskilled and doctors are commercial.My treating doctor made me panicky by mentioning that I immediately need cataract surgery and I have developed optic nerve problem.But, for 2nd view the very next day I visited a reputed opthalmologist ,gold medalist at Baburbag in Burdwan who examined my eyes with his equipments for a long time with patience and came to the conclusion that I neither need cataract surgery nor do I have any optic nerve problem.Be careful before visiting the hospital.

Don't go there if you want to save your eye; they don't even check properly, just assume the fact, and start the **Treatment based on their guessing. Really bad experience with Dr. They don't even do all the tests to figure out what the actual problem is. Beware of these inexperienced doctors. And I request the organization to please improve the quality of the doctors in the Burdwan branch.

Management and the overall atmosphere was feel good. Appointments can be made at the reception which is free of cost. Management staff at the cash counter will call patients by the appointment time where Rs 100 have to be paid and you'll be directed through the next steps. Looking forward for the next eye checkup.

Disha open a new branch in BURDHAMAN . Treatment fees is cheap (100rs) but treatment is very good. Doctors, staff behaviour is very politely. This hospital help all eye patient.

Total mis management.I have booked one month earlier and date scheduled on 25.01.25.Today when I called it was informed that Doctor will not be available.It is their duty to inform me.Moreover the phone no mentioned in website is totally defunct
