Lenskart.com at Baruipur, Kolkata

My experienced is really very bad. Staffs behavior is not good(Not all stuffs but some of their stuffs is really very bad ). They Don't know how to deal with customers. very bad I was very disappointed. I bought glasses for 4120 rupees and they did not even give a carry bag. And their behavior like they are the owner of the shop. Amazon, Flipkart handover things much better than this. I am really disappointed. Such behavior cannot be expected from a brand store like Lenskart. I'm attaching a picture how badly they handover the product .

Very bad service, I bought my spectacles and lens also from lenskart,every time they had no change.. even 2 rupees change they don't have anytime, today again I went to buy lens for me but they didn't have any change....even they told me that only online and card is available for their shop and offline(cash) isn't available there.

The staffs were very helpful. Especially Sandeep helped us in the entire process of ordering the spectacles and made us informed about the offers. Thank you so much.

Totally fraud lenskart.They are stealing money from people just by using brand names.I went to get glasses made for my child's eyes. They charged us 2500 taka per pair of glasses.. 4500 taka for 2 pairs of glasses. When we went to another place, we found out that the local lens we were given was also of poor quality. But they charged us for premium quality.This is what I want to advise everyone: you should absolutely not go to Lenskart Baruipur to get your glasses made.

Great Service and well maintained store with variety of ranges

Zero star. Bought a powered sunglass from here at 5k. Surprisingly, the frame got broken by itself within few months of use. No pressure or anything was applied. And now they say they don't have any warranty over broken frames. Why make such feeble frames?! I used spectacles from last 23 years of various brands and never ever had such an experience. Never going to buy anything from lenskart again. While buying at first, they will force you to put a 5 star rating while you are there. I think that most of the positive ratings are given in that way only. And after this poorest post service, I had to edit my review.
