HE DOES NOT KNOW THE EVEN BASIC ETHICS OF DOCTOR my right eye got hurt by baby nails after two days my eye started burning and paining then i went to there Berhampore branch. At that time only dr. saumya haldar was available so i took the appointment and wating for my turn. After 1 hours my turn has come and then i enterd his cabin the cabin was looking like any goverment hospital(that was not the issue but after paying so much fee you deserve better from them) there were already 2 paitents waiting (dr. saumya haldar) said wait wait why you are entring the room in heavy voice, i answered that your staff told me to enter, he said okay! okay!...i was started standing and wating in the cabin after 30 mintunes my turn has come then he told me to sit and asking what is your problem. I told about that incident, then he told me that your cornea is okay and every thing is perfectly fine just you have to start wear glasses. I asked if every thing is perfect why is my right eye paining and burning? then he asked me how much is your screen time? i told him its very less around 2 hours. Then again he checked my eyes and told me you have dry eyes problem that is why it is paining and burning. Then I asked how is it possible after this incident the problem is started and only in right eye. How can you say that i have dry eyes problem in both eyes? Then he started saying i am the doctor or you are... and started writing. (Dr. saumya haldar is not listing anything. That time he was treating himself like an IAS officer.) He prescibed me 1 steroid drops for 3 time a day and systane eye lubricant for 4 times a day. After using this 2 drugs for 2 days my pain worse. I called disha eye they told me there "specialist dr. saumya haldar not available this week" you can take another doctor appointment. i had can't waiting for week so i went come back to home delhi. Here i went to MAX hospital. Now, MAX DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT YOUR EYES IS PERFECTLY FINE AND NO DRY EYES PROBLEM YOU HAVE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE WEAR GLASSES AND IN YOUR RIGHT EYE A FORIGEN OBJECT STUCK IN EYE LASHES OUTER NERVE. DOCTOR TOLD ME YOU JUST HAVE DO SQUEEZ YOUR RIGHT EYE 3 TIMES A DAY FOR 5 DAYS. NO MEDICINE NOTHING BY SQUEEZ I GOT RELEF FROM PAIN AND BURNING THE PROBLEM GOT SOLVED

The service so poor. The hospitality service, patient care, management complaint redressal system is so bad. They had done fraud with me regarding billing for OT. They taken extra charge which was not performed but strictly declared they will not refund.

Doctor and staffs behaviour are good but staffs of spectacles section are not good

Staff & Reception Behaviour very good. security Guard very Rude behaviour in Ground Floor. & Parking spaces not here this place! Security Guard ask me to your bike park in road side.

Dr. Soumya Halder's behavior is unacceptable.He doesn't know how to deal with patient but he is a doctor,it's unfortunate. Avoid this doctor for eye care.

Way of talking is very bad, thair manner is like a highly officers of govt services. If you have a number and want to know another information, they say "kindly call the right desk "and discconnect your call without giving you the number of the desk.
